1902 DWM CARBINE GERMAN LUGER WITH WOOD STOCK / HOLSTER
Description: The DWM Model 1902 Carbine is a semi-automatic pistol produced by Deutsche Waffen und Munitionsfabriken (DWM) and chambered in .30 caliber. This early Luger variant features a longer barrel configuration typical of the carbine models, designed for improved sight radius and handling. The frame and receiver retain the classic Luger toggle-link action, and the firearm includes a checkered grip pattern consistent with its production period. The finish and markings correspond to the 1902 manufacturing style, with serial numbering applied to major components. The pistol is used and retains its original configuration with matching numbered parts. The bore condition is described as very good, and the mechanical function is noted as correct for this model. Grips are also in very good condition, showing the typical wood texture and fit associated with DWM carbines. The overall presentation reflects a well-preserved example of early 20th-century Luger engineering, representative of the transition from standard pistols to stocked carbines. Included with the firearm is an original wood stock and holster assembly. The stock is designed to attach securely to the rear of the frame, locking into place as intended for the carbine variant. This accessory completes the period configuration and provides the full-length form associated with the 1902 model. No additional accessories or packaging are specified beyond the stock and holster combination. SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes |
