1914 DWM Luger P08 Pistol with Holster & Matching Mag
Description:
DWM WW1 Luger built the first year of WW1 (1914). This luger shows serial # 8524B and is all matching including the magazine. The bore rates good plus with overall fine corrosion and edge wear to the rifling . All #24 matched parts. The finish show 90% original blue with some scattered spots of light pitting on the barrel and on the front edge of the frame and side takedown lever show 50% straw color clear markings and WW1 proofs. The takedown lever is bent but is sound and functions properly. The grips are original , matching and rate as excellent as does the magazine. This Luger rides in an original WW1 holster, maker marked on the reverse of the flap dated 1915. The holsters rates very good with sound chocolate brown leather and all original stitching. To make a complete rig only a spare mag and tool is required. This item is an excellent example of an issued and carried WW1 Luger. FFL or C+R
