1929 DWM, Kassel Police, All Matching, Including Mag, WaA66 Marked

Offered for sale is one (1) 1929 DWM Police Luger s/n 7467t.  The DWM-BKIW post-war Luger production was from 1919-1930.  In 1929, the "Alphabet DWM" as it is sometimes referred to as, produced the "s-t-u" block of guns.   This production block was mostly police production with the E/WaA66 stamp on the right side of the slide extension, which s/n7467t has .  This example has all matching serials stamped in the commercial manner, including one original serial matching Police marked wood base magazine, the front grip marked with a Prussian District Police Landjagerei, "L.Ka. 134" with halos which means it was stamped after finish and has not been refinished thereafter.  Halos are also present on underside matching barrel serial number  Blue and straw finish are both original, blue has the police sear safety intact with the magazine safety removed.  Left grip has a small repair to the upper left corner just above the mag release button.  This was where the mag safety came out from underneath the grip.  (Often, this small area will be seen broken away, and not repaired).  This Police Luger has that small area of checkered wood restored.  Bore rates 8.5/10, grips are not numbered as is the firing pin which is correct, blue rates 94-95% with normal edge wear, straw 80-85% with most color gone from safety lever, but trigger, take down lever, and ejector have strong remaining color.
