Artillery Luger, Erfurt Frame, Cal. 9mm ** Gunsmith Special **

Description:
Artillery Luger fitted with a 8 inch barrel, barrel mounted adjustable rear sight, built on a Erfurt frame, standard front sight, checkered walnut grips, is blue finished, and chambered in 9mm.  This is a non-functioning Luger with assorted issues, DWM engraved on top of toggle, the date has been removed from the top of the barrel frame, barrel serial number is not legible, last 2 numbers of serial number have been removed from most all of small parts, magazine is off a WWII Luger, and the gun has been refinished, except for the magazine (which is in excellent condition and serial number stamped 4023 l on bottom of wood base).   The bore is bright with sharp rifling, but action does not function correctly.   Not really sure it even started life as a DWM Artillery Model.    For parts only, or conversation piece.                                 CURIO & RELIC
