Bern 1906-24 Luger pistol rig, 1924, #17677, I-155

Description:
Standard configuration Bern 1924, 7.65mm Luger, with 4.75” barrel having drift adjustable front sight and fixed rear sight. Blank chamber. Middle link with WAFFENFABRIK BERN. “P” release on side of the barrel extension dated 51. Full serial number under barrel and forward frame with the last few digits under the sideplate, trigger, barrel extension, and on all three components of the toggle and grip safety. Matching grips. Scattered Swiss crosses in usual locations. Strawed takedown lever, trigger, magazine release button, ejector and safety lever. Import markings on bottom of frame. Correct magazine with tinned body and unmarked walnut plug. Supple leather holster, from a 1906 pistol, this example dated 1910 with spare magazine pouch on lid. Synopsis: High, original condition Swiss 1924-06 Bern Military Luger with Holster. Condition: Beautiful, bright rust blue, at least 97-98%, only minimal sharp edge wear as one might expect from a pistol that has not seen much service. Comparable condition front and backstraps. Small parts with vivid straw colors. Excellent grips and magazine. Near mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics. VG holster.
