DWM 1906 Commercial P.08 Luger 9mm

Description:
Early Model 1906 Commercial P.08 Luger by DWM - Chambered in 9mm. Commercial barrel proof 9mm, commercial Crown/N proof mark - 4” barrel with excellent bright shiny bore - Factory checkered walnut grips  are in excellent condition - Magazine with an unmarked wooden base / not matching - Metal surfaces retain about 99% of its original blue. 
This is an excellent mid-production example of an early DWM Commercial Luger. There were only approx. 4,000 model 1906 commercial Lugers mfg for commercial sales with this rare example being chambered in 9mm Luger as the majority of the 1906 Commercials were chambered in 7.65mm. 9mm was typically reserved for military contracts.
