Description:
Scarce DWM 1908 Pattern Commercial Navy Luger, 9mmP, with usual 6" barrel, Crown/M marked on lower surface, with drift adjustable front sight and 100/200 meter āVā notch rear sight. Breech block with "LOADED" marked indicator. Not "GELADEN". Full serial number on forward frame. Last few digits on takedown lever, trigger, and sideplate (full serial number stamped internally). Most of other parts unnumbered including barrel and grips. Tinned magazine with scribed number "IF 4256ā on lower spine and replacement concentric circle Navy type plug.
Condition:
Approximately 95-97% original rust blue with light holster wear in expected places. Comparable condition strawed small parts and grips showing no suggestion of enhancement. Bright bore, minimal etching, sharp rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. A very nice, impressive, and unusual Navy Luger!
