Luger, P.08, MAUSER byf 41, (1941), RIG, Matching, EXC. COND

Description:
          This Mauser byf 41 Luger rig was a vet bring back and remains in Exc. original condition. The pistol has ALL matching number parts including the firing pin and walnut grips. There are several minor corrosion spots on either side of pistol, shown in the photos, but not detracting. The finish is all original, with no cold blue or Russian tampering. The serial number is from the early “a” block of production in early 1941. The 2 magazines do not match but are of the correct style, pinned Alum. bottom, and from the early “d” block of production. The Pig Skin holster was made by the firm Erhardt and Kirsten (dbq) in 1941. It is in excellent condition with minor scuffing at the toe area only. All straps and stitching are intact. The correct tool code marked WaA655 is provided in the holster. The bore is excellent and the function is flawless.
          This is an exceptional example of a late production Luger. The last Lugers were made in 1942 and then superseded by the P.38 pistol. This is a great addition the a WW2 collection. 9mm with a 4” barrel.  Serial Number 8628 a.

SHIPPING: 
Shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with a return receipt.  Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this handgun is $40.00,

FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.  Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address.
A signed valid FFL license copy either mailed or emailed will be required for shipment to only the license address.

Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 4% processing fee. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay. 
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 40 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyer’s responsibility.
