The top of the toggle has the small Mauser banner logo and the top of the chamber is stamped with the date 1937. Crown/U proofs appear on the left side of the receiver and breechbolt and front of the front sight base. The metal finish shows wear and handling as do the grips, the right panel showing the most wear with an area of compression to the checkering at the top. Mechanically fine with a bright sharp bore.
