Outstanding Mauser Banner Luger, salt blued with 1941 dated chamber, cal. 9mmP, SN: 9874x, marked Eagle L for the German police, with a single factory matching magazine. Standard configuration pistol with 4" barrel having drift adjustable front sight and V notched rear sight, 1941 chamber date, Mauser Banner on forward toggle, Eagle/L on right side of barrel extension. Full serial number on forward frame, repeated on the left side of the barrel extension, the barrel has no serial number as correct for this pistol, the last two digits on all the usual small parts including the rear toggle pin, firing pin, and both walnut checkered grips. Factory matching magazine, base marked with "1" (primary magazine) over full serial number with letter suffix.
Condition:
Bright 99+% original salt blue finish with minimal holster wear at muzzle, forward rails, and sharp edges of side plate. Safety pin in-the-white. Negligible wear on front or back strap. Oil darkened grips that are sharply checkered. Mirror bright bore. Correct manual mechanics,
