RARE 1906 Bulgarian Luger
Description:
This is perhaps one of the rarest pre-WWI German Luger variations - a 1906 Bulgarian military contract Luger chambered in .30 Luger, in very good original condition. Fewer then a 1000 of these guns were made by DWM for Bulgaria before WWI and were marked with an intricate Bulgarian royal crest on the chamber and with a Cyrillic marked extractor, and a Cyrillic marked safety.
The gun has original finish with wear as expected for the Bulgarian contract Lugers that survived 2 wars, with about 75% of its original blue and areas of patina/holster wear but no pitting that I can see. The gun is all matching with correctly unnumbered grips and magazine. Grips are in nice shape with no cracks. Bore has strong lands and grooves, very shootable, but is pitted throughout. Comes with an original Bulgarian early holster and a double mag Bulgarian pouch.
A similar gun without holster and accessories just sold on Rock Island for $19000!
