Classic and super desirable first variation Finnish Lahti L-35 Military pistol in the virtually unknown zero "0" series presentation range with all the earliest features desired by collectors!
Description:
This is the rarest of all Lahti L-35 pistols - the first rejected series, or series IA variation, the '+' symbols in front of the loaded indicator and under the barrel are factory rejection stamps. There were only a few dozen produced, and there is very little English-language literature on this variation. According to one source, with the exception of 5 pistols later purchased by the military during the Winter War, the rest were used as presentations and gifts. Standard configuration first variation military configuration Lahti with 4.75” barrel having drift adjustable front sight and fixed rear sight. “VKT” and “L-35” marked on top of slide that has the prominent rounded protrusion in front of rear sight. Correct magazine with an in-the-white body (no SA marking) and blued floorplate.
