Description: Synopsis: W&F Bern, 1929, Swiss Military, Complete Rig, 68746, FB01041 Description: Standard mid-production Swiss Military 1929 Luger, this example made “10.42” (October 1942) complete with spare magazine closely dated holster and shoulder strap. Standard features include 4.75” barrel with drift adjustable front sight and fixed “U” rear sight. Full matching serial number on barrel, left rail, and rear toggle link with last three digits repeated on side plate and bottom of barrel extension. All small parts with usual inspector markings. “P” release marking on right rail. Forward frame recess marked “10.42” (October 1942). W/F logo on back of frame. Uniformly checkered chocolate brown grips with both magazines having brown plugs. Complete with correct Military holster dated “41” and an unmarked strap. Condition: VG/EXC arsenal reapplied blue, the front sight appearing as a traditional luger blade, light holster wear as one might expect from a pistol that has seen minimal use. Bright bore with sharp rifling. Perfect manual mechanics with both magazines.
