Description:
Early Russian military Makarov made in 1960 with two factory matching magazines. Pistol has fixed front sight and drift adjustable rear sight. Izhevsk Arsenal marking on left side of frame along with manufacturing date of "1960”. Import marked on right side of frame. Standard configuration safety and two early Russian matching magazines sub-numbered 1 and 2. Single piece reddish maroon plastic grip with two checkered panels impressed with encircled 5 pointed star.
Condition:
Approximately 97% bright original salt blue with handling marks as one might expect from a carried pistol. Near mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics with each of the magazines. A very early date Russian military Makarov, extremely difficult to find with two factory matching magazines, just begging for a holster with cleaning rod.
