Mauser C96 7.63 Mauser (PR46261)

Description:

Mauser C96 7.63 Mauser caliber pistol. Beautifully restored scarce French Gendarme model with bag shaped grip and Mauser “MW” in shield and made on a Bolo Mauser frame and upper assembly. Frame marked “Germany” on left side panel for export most likely to America. If it was exported to England it would have to go through the English proof house and it does not have British proofs. This model also has the 50 to 500 meter rear sight which is correct. The Red Nine” is the only other model with the 50-500 sight. This model is always in the 400,000 serial number range. All numbers match. This is in our opinion a top notch restoration and looks perfect.
