This 9mm Mauser S/42 1936 chamber date P.08 Luger pistol is fitted with its matching magazine. The 4"" barrel has an excellent bore. The gun retains approx. 96% blue and 95% straw finish, All parts, including the firing pin, match. The unnumbered grips are fine with light wear. The right side of the receiver has the two eagle over 63 inspection marks and the eagle test fire proof. The action functions correctly. The brown holster, with a correct mismatched aluminum base magazine and tool, is very good with tight stitching. The front strap ia broken at the second hole. The price is adjusted to reflect this minor flaw. The holster is marked on the rearFR.&K.VOEGELS over KOLN - DEUTZ over 1936. It has an eagle over WaA387 next to the makers mark. This very nice 1936 S/42 rig is ready for your collection.
