High condition, original finish, late war, Mauser HSc pistol issued to German Army with holster dated 1942 and spare magazine.
Description:
Standard, late war, Mauser Hsc pistol, 7.65mm (.32 ACP), issued to German Army with left slide marked with Mauser Banner followed by two line address referencing manufacturer, model and caliber. Slide with fixed front and drift adjustable rear sight within smooth channel. E/135 on left side of trigger guard. Eagle/N on right side of slide and trigger guard. Full serial number on bottom of frontstrap. Backstrap without provision for lanyard ring. Wood grips with pressed checkering. Primary magazine with in the white body and blued floorplate with Mauser banner. Disassembly shows matching slide and barrel. Complete with chocolate brown holster coded and dated jhg/42 whose spare magazine has an unmarked floorplate.
Condition:
97+% bright original salt blue with sharp edge as one would expect from a holstered/carried military pistol. Minimal thinning of straps except for heel of backstrap where in contact with holster flap. Comparable condition grips showing no tip repairs or touchup. Same condition applies to both magazines and holster that is inexplicably marked 'Walter P38 1944' on lower flap. Mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics with both magazines. A very attractive, no excuse Mauser HSc rig as issued to the German military in late WWII.
