Probably the nicest "G" date I have ever owned. The gun retains at least 96-97% of the original blue. The loss is contained to some slight toning of the grip straps. There rest of the gun has some almost imperceptible edge silvering. There is no rust, pits, scratches or rub marks anywhere. The finish is just super. The same is true for the strawed parts, at least 98-99%. The frame is stamped with w/154, S/92, and a Drooping Eagle. The barrel is also stamped Drooping eagle. All correct proofs for a "G" Date. All numbered parts match. The checkered grips are excellent, the left panel does show some slight surface compression probably from resting on something.  The right, not so. Neither panel has any chips, or cracks. The feed ramp, bolt face and internal parts show very little use. The bore is like looking down a hall of mirrors. The rifling is razor sharp without even a hint of graying. The gun comes with one correct silver bodied aluminum based magazine numbered to the gun. A Black leather holster stamped Carl Bocker, Waldbrol 1937 with a Waffenamt that is in excellent condition. The white stitching is totally intact. The lid has slight surface crazing and the closure strap slightly more. Both are to be expected from a holster that is almost 80 years old. A prize for a collector and a maybe a little too nice for a weekly trip to the range......$3295.
