1914 vintage Mauser Model 1896 "Broomhandle" fitted with a 5 1/2 inch barrel, grooved walnut grips, 10-shot magazine, 50-1000 meter adjustable rear sight, and chambered in 7.63 X 25 Mauser. The pistol also comes with a numbered to the gun shoulder stock. The pistol is in excellent original condition, retaining 90% of its original finish, with most loss on the bottom of the barrel and magazine. The grips are in excellent condition, retaining most all of their original finish, showing virtually no wear. The bore is bright, with sharp rifling, and the action functions perfectly. The shoulder stock is also in excellent condition, retaining most all of its original finish, with assorted minor handling marks. A very nice example of its type.
