SCARCE Nazi German Marked WWII Mauser HSc Pistol
Description: SCARCE Nazi German Marked WWII Mauser HSc Pistol Wermacht, Police, Luftwaffe Here we present a Nazi German Mauser HSc Pistol, made circa 1940. The Mauser HSc was a small pistol meant to compete on the commercial market with the likes of the Walther PP and quickly gained military acceptance. Production began in 1940 with first military use by the Kriegsmarines beginning in 1941. The Wermacht and Police also purchased many from Mauser, and the Luftwaffe and SS also used those that they were able to procure from those stores. This example is a first variation gun, with only 3,000 of them made. It has a high quality blued finish. It is chambered in 7,65 Browning. It is double/single action, with a very minimal external hammer. It has a sleek design that is quite small but provides a nice full grip. The take down is very simple and clever, with the latch hidden inside the front of the trigger guard. The pistol bears the German Army acceptance mark of “Eagle/655” on the left side of the trigger guard. There are 2 “Eagle/N” proof marks on the right side, one of the rear of the trigger guard and one on the slide near the muzzle. There is a very small “A” on the bottom of the frame next to the magazine release. The overall condition of the pistol is near fine. The high quality, high polish, original blue finish is 80% with some scuffing. The markings are clear and legible. The replacement wood grips are in very good condition. The bore is sharp and bright. The action is excellent. This firearm is classified as a Curio & Relic. Barrel is 3-1/4 inches. Caliber: 7.65mm Browning (.32 ACP) Overall condition as seen in photos. Very Fast. Very Safe. FREE SHIPPING. Will need to be sent to your local FFL or C&R licensee. This firearm is classified as a Curio & Relic. Guaranteed AUTHENTIC & Includes CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. ancestryguns $750 #6141 SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes |
