This is a stunning example of a very rare Mauser Model 1910 "Side Latch", named after its unique design feature on the left side of the frame. This one is particularly rare because it is an early first variation example. This one comes with a period-correct cardboard box and one proper magazine. On the inside of the box is some writing in pencil. It is mostly illegible, but it does have the serial number of this gun. The gun itself is mint with just a tiny ding on the right side of the frame and one small area of very minor wear on the front strap. Excellent fire-bluing on the small parts. Comes with a minty period-correct wood grip. Excellent bore with strong rifling.
