COLT, M1911 A1, 1944 Gun, U.S. PROPERTY, Original, Excellent 

Description:
SOLD, PENDING RECEIPT OF FUNDS..............This Colt M1911 A1 was manufactured in 1944 and has not been re-worked or re-finished, all parts and finish are factory original, including the barrel. The bore is excellent and there is very little evidence of use.  Notice the barrel has very little wear from rubbing on the bushing during firing.  It may have been carried in a holster and seldom used as evidenced by the very slight surface burnish marks on the slide and leading edge of the frame. There is no wear on the front grip strap as would be encountered in a pistol that has been used. There is no pitting or corrosion. This is an excellent condition pistol and a great addition to any military or Colt collection. pistol.45 ACP Cal. with a 5” Barrel.  Serial Number 1654772 C&R or FFL Required.

ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed.  I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING: 
Shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with a return receipt. Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this handgun is $35.00.
Availability: 
All items are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Please call or email and an Item will be held up to a week with your Name, Address, & Phone Number. Items marked Reserved are being held for awaiting payment or on layaway. If you are interested in a reserved item, please call or E-Mail to be placed on a backup list. 
FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.  Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address. Some states have additional restrictions such as CA, CT, DC, IL, MD, NJ and NY.
A signed valid FFL license copy either mailed or emailed will be required for shipment to only the license address.
GUARANTEE: 
Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee.
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 40 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyer’s responsibility.
