S&W, US Army Model of 1917, w/Holster

Description:
*** PRICE REDUCED ***   This is the standard military sidearm of WWI that remained in service into WWII. This revolver is accompanied by an original holster.
It has all original finish in very good condition with a minor turn line and thinning of the finish on each side above the grips (clearly shown in photos). The grips are excellent and numbered to match the gun. The case-hardened trigger and hammer retain nice color. The flaming bomb acceptance mark on the top left of the frame shows it was made before April 1918. The chambers are very good, smooth and bright. The bore has minor scattered roughness scattered throughout with more uniform roughness near the muzzle. The action is smooth and locks up tight.
The holster is correct for this revolver and is in great condition, it is not a recently made reproduction. The Holster is clearly marked G&K, (Groton & Knight) 1917.  
 This is an excellent example for a S&W or Military collection. .45 ACP with a 5 ½” barrel, Serial Number: 75576, FFL or C&R Required

ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed.  I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING: 
Normally shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with a return receipt.  Typical Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this handgun is $35.00.

FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.  Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address.
A signed valid FFL license copy will be required for shipment to only the license address.
GUARANTEE: 
Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons.
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 4% processing fee. Checks  must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay. 
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 40 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
