"Serial No. 188536, made in 1937, 7,65mm, 3.5" round barrel. Serial numbers are matching on slide and frame with factory markings sharp and crips. 55% original blue remains, mostly on the frame. Grips are in very good condition with minimal handling wear noted. Action is smooth and functions correctly. Although the CZ 38 was intended as its replacement, the German occupation halted the transition. When the Czech Army was disarmed, these pistols were instead issued to the Waffen-SS, who were in urgent need of sidearms. Pistol comes with a shoulder holster.
