Wonderful, early production, and all matching Swiss military SIG P49 semi-automatic pistol, cal. 9mmP, in 1950-dated Swiss Army holster with battle-ready stud.
Description:
Standard configuration high polish P49, cal. 9mmP, with high polish finish, drift adjustable front and rear sights, and serrated wood grips. The left side of the slide and plum frame are proofed and marked with the full serial number that is repeated on the right side of the barrel hood. Safety detents are marked with an “S” in white and “F” in red. “P” release on the left side of trigger guard web. Disassembly shows a matching, updated hammer group with half cock. Fitted with serrated walnut grips secured with fire blued screw. Fixed lanyard ring. Import marked on base of frame. Complete with an original high polish blue magazine and a correct, dated “50” Swiss military holster with a "battle-ready" stud, the name "Muller" inked inside flap.
Condition:
Crisp 98+% original salt blue finish with a little sharp edge wear at muzzle and front of frame where in contact with holster. Trigger guard and front strap showing little to no wear. In-the-white parts with slight toning and staining. Blonde grips with light scattered handling marks. Excellent high polish magazine in the same condition as pistol. Mirror bright bore. Correct manual mechanics. G/VG holster with scuffs and discolorations as imaged, supple with intact stitching.
