Synopsis: Desirable DWM 1917 Navy Luger, German Military Pistol, 9124, FB01220 Description: Fine original condition DWM WWI German Military Navy Luger, made in 1917, Cal 9mmP, with usual 6" barrel having with drift adjustable front sight and two position rear sight marked 100/200. German Kriegsmarine Crown/M on left side of the barrel and receiver, all markings properly haloed. Full serial number on forward frame and under barrel. Last two digits on all usual small parts except the unnumbered firing pin and grips, the latter with inspection markings. Standard configuration magazine whose plug has been Kriegsmarine marked with a Crown/M and “311”. Condition: VG+ original rust blue and straw with sharp edge wear and fading as one might expect from a Military/Naval pistol that has seen service. Comparable condition grip straps, grips and magazine. Bright bore with sharp rifling, light corrosion in the grooves. Perfect manual mechanics.
