The bore is good with light frosting noted in the grooves, while rifling remains visible. The magazine is non-matching. The pistol is fitted with late-war slab wood grips and exhibits the rougher machining and finish quality commonly encountered on Japanese firearms produced during the final year of WWII as material shortages and production pressures intensified.
