Description:
Japanese T14 Small Trigger Guard Nambu Military Pistol, made by Nagoya Kokubunji, dated 10.10 (October 1935), with bright original rust blue, strawed small parts, and nickeled magazine. All matched, including both pencil-numbered grips, except for unnumbered but accepted firing pin. The spare nickeled magazine is dotted / numbered 039. Complete with original early leather holster with rectangular brass rings and leather shoulder strap.
Condition:
VG+/EXC with bright original rust blue showing sharp edge wear and light freckling, especially on the grip straps, as one might expect from a Japanese military pistol made in 1935 that served during WWII. Comparable condition strawed small parts, grips with oil staining and scattered handling marks, neither showing any enhancement. Near mirror bore with sharp rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. EXC spare magazine, holster and shoulder strap. A great looking ensemble, sure to please any collector of Japanese, pre-WWII or WWII martial arms!
