Description:
REDUCED!
This is the rarest variant of all the Russian TT30 and TT33 pistols - a 1933 dated TT30 - first year of full factory production, chambered in 7.62 Tok, with only about 20 examples recorded. This particular gun is all original, made at the Tula factory, with all the parts matching(frame, rear strap, slide, hammer group and barrel, with a magazine only 6 digits off the gun's serial number. All the small parts are marked with a Tula star proofmark. The gun retains about 60% of its original thinning blue with wear commensurate with its 12 years of service in the Russian army before and during WWII. There is no pitting or rust present on the gun. The bore has pronounced rifling with some darkening/rust in the grooves. The grips are original "4 points" grips only present on the early TT30 pistols. They are slightly thicker than the later grips.
This is an extraordinary opportunity for a collector to acquire the rarest year of all of the Russian TT pistols which can become a centerpiece of an advanced military handgun collection.
Last two pictures were taken under different light conditions to show another example of blueing condition of the gun.
