Standard configuration single action pistol with 4.75” barrel and drift adjustable front and rear sight. The left side of the slide and frame are proofed and marked with the full serial number that is repeated on the right side of the barrel hood. Safety detents are marked with an “S” in white and “F” in red. “P” release on the front of trigger guard. Disassembly shows a matching, original hammer group with no half cock. Fitted with serrated walnut grips secured with fire blued screw. Fixed lanyard ring. Complete with an early, high-polished magazine and a correctly dated "52" Swiss military holster. Synopsis: Exceptional, original, and all matching, first contract, second delivery, SIG P49 Swiss military pistol with correct holster. Condition: 98-99% bright, original salt blue with holster wear as expected from a pistol that has seen minimal field use. No suggestion of touch-up. Comparable condition grips, and original finish magazine. Mirror bright bore. Perfect manual mechanics. VG-excellent holster with scattered scuffs and minimal staining as photographed. Very nicely manufacturer marked and dated. A super condition, high polish military P49, with its matching, original hammer group and issue dated holster. ~~Insured shipping fee of $75; most packages shipped using FedEx 2nd Day.~~
