Swedish M-40 Lahti Pistol with Holster & Tools
Description:
Serial #D14013, 9mm Para., 4 3/4" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a Husqvarna-made pistol that has matching numbers on the frame and receiver with the metal retaining 95-97% of the original blue finish with some silvering at the muzzle as well as along a few of the exposed edges and bearing surfaces. The knurled black resin “(crown)/H" grips are in excellent condition with very little wear and a few very minor handling marks. The pistol comes with three magazines and is housed in a lightly worn but still serviceable “(Crown) / HV" surcharged, black leather flap holster (complete with cleaning rod and screwdriver also). The interior has a handwritten owner’s name in ink on two places: “CLIFTON KOONTZ" inside the opening, and “Clifton Koontz, NC" on the underside of the flap. This is a terrific example of a Swedish Lahti pistol, and is in excellent condition overall with accessories. FFL or C&R
