WORLD WAR II German OCCUPATION CZECH Semi-Automatic CZ Model 27 Pistol C&R
Blue Finished, THIRD REICH Occupied Czechoslovakia
Description: WORLD WAR II German OCCUPATION CZECH Semi-Automatic CZ Model 27 Pistol C&R Blue Finished, THIRD REICH Occupied Czechoslovakia Here we present a C&R Third Reich German CZ 27 Pistol, made circa 1942 in Czechoslovakia. The Model 27 was adopted by the Third Reich upon their seizure of ?eská zbrojovka after their invasion and occupation in 1939. Many of these semi-automatic, .32 ACP blowback pistols were manufactured until the end of the war, becoming somewhat less finished toward the end in an attempt to save on cost, time and resources. The machining marks grew more visible and the blue applied to the earlier guns was changed to a phosphate finish. Many of these were put in the hands of officers and police during World War II. In an effort to hide the location of factories producing weapons, in June 1941, the Germans introduced a letter code system to replace factory names. The ?eská zbrojovka [CZ] factory received the code letters “fnh”. In the case of the CZ 27, it was not used until mid-1943. The “fnh” was added to the left slide marking and the “BÖHMISCHE WAFFENFABRIK A.G. IN PRAG” marking was removed from the slide top. Early “fnh” marked pistols still had the CZ logo on the grips, which was soon removed. This specimen is marked “Pistole Modell 27/Kal.7,65” on the left side. The right side of the frame is marked “Eagle/WaA76”. The overall condition is good. Strong action. Extremely bright bore. The grip is in good shape and has seen repair on the back towards the butt. Sharp markings. THIRD REICH markings are present on the barrel. The German eagles have not been obliterated. Good holster. Includes two magazine ouches and 3 spare magazines. This firearm is classified as a Curio & Relic. Barrel is 3-3/4 inches. Caliber: 7.65mm auto (.32 ACP) Overall condition as seen in photos. Very Fast. Very Safe. FREE SHIPPING. Will need to be sent to your local FFL or C&R licensee. This firearm is classified as a Curio & Relic. Guaranteed AUTHENTIC & Includes CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. ancestryguns $1200 #226242 SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes |
