Colt M1911A1 US Property WW2 MINT Condition
Description:
Offered for sale this week is an excellent Colt M1911A1 US Property pistol shipped in 1944 during WW2. The pistol is in near new condtion with virtually no wear. The parkerzied finish rates 98-99%. All markings are crisp and clear. The GHD and Crossed Cannons stamps are correctly stamped thru the finish. This is one of the very last pistols to have the parkerzied finish. Colts switched to Parko-Lubrite shortly after this gun was made. The feed ramp is properly polished to white steel. The COLT 45 Auto marked barrel is near mint with a perfect bore. P proofed and has the tiny F on the underside. The grips are mint and original. The full blue Colt contractor mag is mint. Nothing to not like about this one. Impossible to upgrade.
