Clean used Remington Rand 1911A1 with a Sn 19253XX and likely made in 1944? The action is good and strong, and has about perfect WWII issued grips. There is a P on top of the slide before the rear sight, and the markings all seem good, with FJA inspector mark on the left side.The frame seems lighter than the slide and has more wear, and it appears that the mainspring housing has been changed to a flat type and has knurling. Couple small parts have a darker color and may have been arsenal upgrades as these were used through the Viet Nam War. The bore is clean and shiny, rifled condition. Would make a good shooter.
