US&S M1911-A1, .45ACP, 5in. Barrel, Correct in all ways, c.1943

Description:
This US&S M1911-A1 was manufactured in 1943 at the Swissvale PA factory. Most importantly this pistol retains the original Du-Lite finish. The inspectors’ initials “R.C.D” are marked inside a circle under the slide lock lever. Unfortunately, there is an idiot scratch running through it. A previous owner had  no regard for future collectors. The “P” proof is marked below the Mag. release lever and offset on the slide between the ejection port and rear sight. There are no re-build marks. It has the correct HS marked barrel, with a sharp bore having very slight frosting in the grooves. It has the correct grips and magazine. The magazine was made by the Risdon Mfg. Co and is marked “R” on the base lip.

Most of us will not add a Singer to our collection. This US&S is the next rarest WWII M1911-A1 pistol and an excellent investment. The limited supply and growing collector base will continue to increase value of the US&S pistols. Consider the future value of Obiden bucks, growing gas prices, and escalating food prices. I believe collectable firearms are a wise investment.

ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed.  I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING: 
Normally shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with a return receipt. Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this handgun is $30.00,

FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.  Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address. Some states have additional restrictions such as CA, CT, DC, IL, MD, NJ and NY.
A signed valid FFL license copy either mailed or emailed will be required for shipment to only the license address.
Antique firearms, pre 1898 do not require a Federal License. For purchase, a copy of a Government Issued Identification (Driver’s License, Etc.), showing date of birth and current address will be required. 
GUARANTEE: 
Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed.  All orders must be paid in advance, C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped.
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 60 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 60 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyer’s responsibility.
