This custom made English Stalking Rifle was made by Bob Ray of Western NC. He did the engraving and hand made the brass furniture. It has a tapered 30 inch Rice barrel, a Chambers Late Ketland Flintlock and a L&R single set trigger. The very well figured curly maple stock has an Aqua Fortis stain and a hand rubbed oil finish. It has a horn fore end cap. An outstanding example of an English Gun of the early 1800's made by an accomplished builder.
Classed as antique, no paperwork required.
