"Rare Japanese Modified 1902 Papa Nambu Pistol 8mm Nambu (PR64758)

Description:
"Serial No. 2271, circa 1909-1912, 8mm Nambu, 4.75"" round barrel. Metal finish looks to have had a light cleaning some time ago and is now a deep grey patina. Bore is bright with some oxidation noted in the grooves. Serialized parts are matching except for the cocking piece (2235) Magazine is unnumbered but has Naval Anchor stamp. All factory markings are intact and crips. This example is described by Derby & Brown as the ""First Variation Tokyo Arsenal Contract"" due to a two piece brazed frame without milled side panels, stock slot filled as this one is. Action functions correctly.
