Desirable & Instantly Recognizable Japanese, Tokyo Arsenal, Baby Nambu with Matching Magazine

Description:

Tokyo Baby Nambu, cal 7mm Nambu, very early production with standard features including a matching magazine. It has the Tokyo Arsenal cannon ball logo over the chamber. The right side of the receiver has 3 Japanese characters translating to "Nambu Type" over the serial number. On the bottom of the front strap, in the grip safety groove, is a haloed inspection mark. Matching serial numbers on all usual parts, including the firing pin retainer, cocking knob, each of the checkered wood panels, and the bottom of the magazine spine. Firing pin with inspection marking but no SN.

Condition:

GD original condition with spotting and some dulling as carefully photographed. Comparable condition straw on the extractor, magazine release, and trigger that are faded/discolored in the expected contact areas. Grips with sharp checkering, fine handling marks, no splits or losses. Dull bore with easily discernible rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. An early production Japanese Baby Nambu with original finish and matching magazine.
