Standard configuration Grandpa Nambu w/ 4.75" bbl., drift adjustable front sight & tangent rear sight graded from 1-5. Kanji markings on right side of bbl. extension over the S# 47 that is repeated on the firing pin retainer, cocking piece, firing pin, mag. latch, mag. latch retainer, bottom of bolt (twice), bbl. extension, locking block, cocking piece guide rod, tangent sight & each of the grips. Major components rust blued. Fire blued rear sight components; strawed extractor, trigger & mag. release. Original wood checkered grips. Matching 8 rd. nickel plated mag. w/ original wood plug checkered on each side.

Japanese Tokyo Arsenal, 1902, Grandpa Nambu, low SN, original finish and all matching including the magazine.
Condition:
VG-Excellent original rust blue w/most of the rub marks on right side of bbl. & bbl. extension & front of trigger guard, areas that would have been in contact w/ stock. Grips w/ stains & blunted checkering, the right panel w/ numerous indents as photographed. Bright bore w/ sharp rifling. Perfect manual mechanics, though heavily greased internals make for a sluggish return. One of the nicer all original 1902 Grandpas, this one with two digit SN, especially when all matching including the mag!
