This Mauser manufactured byf 43 marked P.38 pistol was manufactured in late 1943. This pistol is considered tha second variation byf 43 type. The 9mm barrel has an excellent bore with bright, strong rifling. It is correclty marked throughout and the numbers are matching. It has the eagle over 135 Army acceptance stamps in multiple places and the eagle firing proof on the right side of the slide. The brown composition grips are excellent. The magazine has the eagel over 135 acceptance stamp and is marked P.38. The finish is 98% with light holster wear. The action functions correctly. The holster is fine with a little acattered flaking and with its original white stitching and intact straps. It is marked  on the rear P38 and cxb over 43 along with an eagle over WaA210 inspection stamp. The spare magazine is marked P.38 and has the eagle over 135 acceptance stamp. This rig is eady for your German military pistol or WWII collection.
