Matching serial numbers (6223v) are present on the frame, slide, and barrel assembly, confirming it as an all-original example. It features the wartime Eagle/88 Waffenamt acceptance marks, clear “cyq" manufacturer code, and original black bakelite grips in excellent shape. The finish shows typical service wear but remains consistent and honest throughout, making it a solid collectible example of a late-war P.38.

The pistol includes its original leather flap holster, showing age and wear consistent with wartime use but still fully functional and complete.
