Description:
A very nice and all matching, late war, Type III Radom in the second alphabet series, marked with E/77 and WaA623, with grooved wooden grips, complete with bnz marked holster and spare magazine. Identical to the pistol pictured in the VIZ Radom book by York on page 210. Standard configuration pistol with fixed front and drift adjustable rear sight. Left side of slide marked with usual single line address specifying model and patent number. Full serial number on right side of frame, repeated inside slide, barrel lug, and grip safety. Serrated wood grips. Late war magazines, each with Steyr subplant E/WaA189 on floorplate. Leather holster with "P35", "bnz" and faint waffenamt inside lid.
Condition:
Near EXC original blue finish with sharp edge holster wear and slight handling as one would expect from a late war pistol. Comparable condition grips. Mirror bore with sharp rifling. Correct manual mechanics with both magazines. G holster with oil staining and scuffs. Rear sight has broken through leather on forward spine and the rear belt loop is a restitched replacement.
