RADOM NAZI R35 TYPE II W/ HOLSTER
Description: SN S4821. 4.75" barrel, Semi Automatic Pistol in 9mm. Polish / German "Radom" VIS Model 35. All matching numbers S4681 repeated on slide, frame and 481 on barrel. This example is known as an "R 35 Nazi Radom Type II." It has all three levers (hammer drop, takedown, and slide stop). It has Waffenamt WaA 77 marks on the slide. Has lanyard loop and original plastic "FB" Fabryka Broni grips. These were made after the German occupation of Poland and capture of the FB munitions plant. salt blue finish, some pitting and light holster wear. Comes with original holster, brown leather with WaA stamp inside. Holster is excellent, gun is good condition, fully functional and shootable. Production started in the state armory Fabryka Broni in Radom in late 1935, and the following year it was introduced as the standard weapon of Polish infantry and cavalry officers. Successively, other units were to be equipped, and by 1942 all other handguns were scheduled to be withdrawn from service. By mid-1938, it was introduced to the armored and air forces. Before the invasion of Poland, approximately 49,400 (out of 90,000 ordered) were delivered to the army. Zelle, cashiers check, money order or personal check accepted.
