An Early Engraved Remington Type l, Model #2 Over & Under Deringer In Nice Untouched Condition. All original & complete. The deringer has nice metal, markings, edges, and engraving. It has the two line address which is, "E. REMINGTON & SONS ILION NY/ELLIOTS PATENTDEC. 12TH 1865". All of the metal on the deringer has a nice untouched darkening patina throughout it. The original grips are fine throughout with a nice color and grain to them. It has a fine & tight action along with a very good bore in it. This Is A Very Nice And Early Example Of An Engraved Remington Type l, Model #2 Over & Under Deringer. These Engraved Remington Deringers Are Very Hard To Come By!
