Remington Model 1865 Navy Rolling Block Pistol - Fine plus condition

**Price Reduced** This civilian example is an amazing survivor. The hammer and breechblock are bright blue overall in .50 centerfire cal., probably an early conversion from rimfire. Otherwise the original condition overall is fine to excellent.
The anchor-marked rifled barrel shows 99% even and smooth blue finish. The frame, backstrap, and spur trigger shroud show about 80% fading case colors. Left frame shows correct address "REMINGTONS, ILION N.Y. USA, PAT. MAY 3 NOV. 15th, 1864, APRIL 17th, 1866".
Wood is solid and well fitting with minor imperfections and handling marks, otherwise would rate excellent. Mechanics and bore are excellent. No visible serial #.
This pistol is very near excellent and would be difficult to improve upon.
