REMINGTON U.S. CIVIL WAR NEW MODEL .44 CAL. PERCUSSION ARMY REVOLVER CA. 1863. 8” oct. barrel with “PATENTED SEPT. 14, 1858/E. REMINGTON & SON, ILION, N.Y. USA/NEW MODEL” address. Military sub-inspector’s stamped on all major parts and visible cartouche on left grip. All original and matching with nice grey patina. Small toe repairs to the grips on each flat. Checkering to top of hammer spur removed but is barely noticeable. Nice markings and in fine working order. Excellent bore and chambers. Very good plus overall.
