Remington New Model No. 4 .38 Revolver
Description:
Serial #21292, .38 RF, 2 1/2" barrel with a very good bore that has some freckling within the grooves. This is a handsome little revolver that has retained about 85-90% of the original nickel finish that has flaked lightly along some of the high edges, and developed some plum-brown freckling as well (mainly towards the front of the cylinder). There are some small tool marks in the knurling on the head of the cylinder pin, but they are minor. The hard rubber grips are correct, and exhibit minor handling marks and blemishes with some flattening of the points as well. The mechanism is fully functional, and locks up smartly. This is a very nice looking .38 New Model that rates fine condition overall. Antique
