Description: Monthly Special Ruger MK IV 22/45 .22LR Auto Pistol Unused Offered here for sale and just acquired is a very fine Ruger Mk IV .22/45 pistol produced in 2017 but appears UNUSED. Based on the serial number "500-202735," this Ruger MK IV 22/45 .22LR auto pistol was manufactured after Ruger implemented a significant design change in 2017. Ruger began using serial numbers starting with "500" in 2017 to indicate pistols that were not affected by the safety recall issued in June 2017. This recall addressed a potential safety issue where the pistol could unintentionally discharge if the safety lever was not fully engaged or fully disengaged. This new design with 45% angle grip does not appear to have been used. The pistol comes with a TRUGLO fiber optic front sight for enhanced visibility plus a rail for mounting a scope.
