The American Gen II series features Ruger‚s patented Power Bedding system that positively locates the receiver and free-floats the barrel for outstanding accuracy and is paired with their Marksman Adjustable trigger that offers a crisp release while giving users an adjustable range between 3-5 pounds. The action features a one-piece, three-lug bolt with a low 70-degree throw for ample scope clearance and utilizes a full-diameter bolt body and dual cocking cams for smooth, easy cycling from the shoulder. A factory-installed, one-piece Picatinny rail is also featured on the receiver for quick and easy scope mounting.

This special edition model is chambered in .22 Creedmoor and features a gun metal gray cerakote finish on the receiver and barrel. The barrel features a spiral fluted profile and comes equipped with a muzzle brake. One 3-round magazine is included.
