Cased 1999 RUGER MK II “Fiftieth Anniversary” SEMI-AUTOMATIC .22 LR Pistol
With ORIGINAL FACTORY CASE & EXTRA MAGAZINE
Description: Cased 1999 RUGER MK II “Fiftieth Anniversary” SEMI-AUTOMATIC .22 LR Pistol With ORIGINAL FACTORY CASE & EXTRA MAGAZINE Here Ancestry Guns presents a Ruger Mark II “Fiftieth Anniversary” Semi-Automatic Pistol with its original factory case and extra magazine manufactured by Sturm, Ruger & Company in Southport, Connecticut in 1999. When it was introduced in 1982, the Mark II became the first in Ruger’s .22 LR pistol line to feature a 10-round magazine (up from the original 9-round design in the Mark I). That small change made it one of the most popular target pistols in America, especially since Ruger offered it with longer bull barrels and adjustable sights, which were features that appealed strongly to competitive shooters. This Ruger Mark II was offered with either a blued or stainless-steel design. The synthetic grips are diamond checkered black with the Ruger Medallion on both grip panels. The Ruger Mark II Target is chambered in .22 Long Rifle Rimfire, which is ideal for target shooting due to its low recoil and inexpensive cost of ammunition. An interesting fact about the Mark II is that it was the pistol that U.S. Navy SEALs used for training with suppressors, because of its reliability and the ease of threading its heavy barrels. The overall condition is excellent. Excellent action and original finish. Bright bore with strong rifling and very fine grips. Sharp marks. Case is good, includes extra magazine and manual. This firearm is classified as Modern. Barrel is 4-3/4 inches. Caliber: .22 Long Rifle Rimfire Overall condition as seen in photos. Very Fast. Very Safe. FREE SHIPPING. Will need to be sent to your local FFL. This firearm is classified as Modern. $1100 #260014 SOLD |
